Belmont Real Estate
Belmont is a mostly residential community that lies just outside of Boston. Bordering Cambridge and Watertown, Belmont has a collection of multifamily and single family homes that are found throughout. Popular sections of town include Belmont Hill, known for larger, beautiful single family homes as well as the more commercial areas of town. These include Belmont Center, Cushing Square and Waverley Square which are complete with shopping, dining and services.
Belmont has long been a desirable town. Often regarded for being an easily accessible area by car or public transport, but also well known for its excellent public school system. Belmont has a great record for college placement of its students along with high SAT scores.
